I have worked as a journalist for twenty-five years, first at the Belga news agency and later for the television channel Canal Z.
Passionate about images in all their forms, I often keep a camera close at hand. My photography grows out of observation and spontaneity: capturing a moment, conveying a presence and composing with the unexpected things offered by the street and by chance encounters.
I am particularly drawn to spontaneous portraits, street photography and black and white. My journalistic eye shapes an attentive approach to reality, detail and the stories that sometimes reveal themselves in a fraction of a second.
